Delivering a "Championship Haircut Experience" is Focus of Sport Clips Haircuts 2025 National Huddle

Release Date: 5/8/2025

Annual gathering of stylists, franchisees, and support team committed to creating "raving fans of the brand"

SAN ANTONIO -- Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation's leading haircare provider for men and boys, rallied more than 3,000 stylists, franchisees, and support team members from across the U.S. and Canada at its annual National Huddle. CEO and President Edward Logan energized the crowd with a clear call to action: "Run the playbook" that has made Sport Clips the go-to choice for millions of clients and thousands of professional stylists.

At the event, team members received focused training to elevate the client experience and reinforce the brand promise — a championship haircut in an exciting sports-themed environment.

"Providing in-person, customized training; supporting franchisee success; and doubling down on what we do best — men's and boys' haircare — is how we'll create raving fans who keep coming back to Sport Clips," says Logan. "By equipping team members to meet clients' needs while returning to our haircut experience roots, we're setting the stage for sustained growth."

Stylists and managers left with tools to ensure they are confident and trend-savvy for the cutting floor, franchisees gained a strong operational game plan, and everyone came away equipped to deliver the efficient, convenient, and consistent service clients expect from Sport Clips.

Key highlights from the Huddle include:

Keynote speaker was Jesse Cole, "the guy in the yellow tuxedo," founder of Fans First Entertainment and owner of the world-famous Savannah Bananas as well as the Party Animals and Firefighters, who has the mantra "Fans First. Entertain Always."
Other speakers were John DiJulius, chief revolution officer at the DiJulius Group, who hyped the gathering with tips on becoming the brand clients can't live without. Also, Nina Berrios, a stylist who has risen to career heights in her 20 years with Sport Clips.
Sport Clips announced a $333K contribution to St. Baldrick's Foundation as part of its recent million-dollar, three-year commitment to the organization and welcomed 10-year-old Honored Kid and cancer survivor Kaylee Wan to Huddle.
